Halifax to Ottawa, Ontario - $159 CAD roundtrip | non-stop flights, summer travel

Low cost carrier Flair Airlines just announced they are pulling out of Abbotsford, BC (YXX) due to the extra competition from Swoop.
It looks like they're going to use these freshly freed up aircraft to operate flights from Halifax to Ottawa (YOW) instead.
The Flair Airlines website isn't showing this new route yet, but I'm starting to see Halifax - Ottawa fares show up for $159 CAD roundtrip on various search engines, even for July and August travel.
Flair does not include a carry-on bag in their prices, only a personal item.
NOTE: The 'Centre Block' of Parliament is currently undergoing a decade long renovation project, so it is closed to visitors. Parliament Hill itself is still open. New guided tours of the Senate of Canada Building and West Block are available.
Vice-versa flights (Ottawa to Halifax) are also available for a similar roundtrip price.
